Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of content you create using our Service, provided that:

• Your use complies with these Terms and applicable laws
• You acknowledge our limited license to use content as described below
• Ownership of AI-generated content may also be subject to the terms of the upstream model provider

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate NSFW content without appropriate consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models

5.1 Credit System

• New users receive free credits upon registration
• Credits are consumed when making API requests to generate content
• Different models and output types consume different amounts of credits
• Credit costs for each model are listed on our pricing page

5.2 Subscriptions and Top-ups

• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period
• Credits can also be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis
• No partial refunds for unused subscription time

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds are not available for:

• Used credits
• Repeated subscriptions
• Violations of these Terms

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your content within the Service
• Process your content to provide the Service
• Create backups for service reliability

6.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by APIXO and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Upstream model providers may experience downtime or changes that affect our Service.

8.2 AI-Generated Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content, whether it is text, images, video, audio, or any other format. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APIXO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
