These Terms govern your use of APIXO, including our website, API platform, dashboard, and related services. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using APIXO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

APIXO provides unified access to multiple AI models through a single platform. Features include API calls, model playground capabilities, usage tracking, account management, and billing tools.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for account credentials and API key security.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and keys.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Violate applicable law or infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Generate or distribute harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or platform protections.
  • Interfere with service integrity, availability, or other users.

5. Credits, Pricing, and Payments

  • APIXO offers prepaid, pay-as-you-use balance and optional monthly Studio subscriptions. Credits are deducted based on actual model usage.
  • Studio subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel renewal.
  • Monthly subscription credits can only be used in Studio and expire at the end of their billing period without rollover. Purchased balance does not expire and remains available for Studio and API usage.
  • Cancel renewal from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; remaining monthly credits stay valid until then. Failed renewal payments do not issue new monthly credits.
  • Pricing may vary by model and feature and may be updated prospectively.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless required by law.
  • Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider shown at checkout. Available payment methods may vary by country, currency, and account status.
  • APIXO provides digital credits and access to online AI services only. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Refund Policy

For one-time purchases, you may request a refund for unused balance within 30 days of purchase.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund its payment. Contact support for subscription refunds; we review the original payment and unused allowance manually, subject to applicable law.

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Credits already consumed by API or playground usage.
  • Abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or material policy violations.
  • Amounts where refund is prohibited or restricted by law or payment network rules.

To request a refund, contact support@apixo.ai with your account email and relevant order details.

7. Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

APIXO provides digital AI service access and prepaid credits only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and there are no physical shipping fees.

  • Purchased credits are normally added to your APIXO account after successful payment confirmation.
  • API access, playground usage, and generated outputs are delivered digitally through the website, API response, or task status endpoint.
  • If credits are not added after a completed payment, contact support@apixo.ai with your account email, payment date, amount, and order or invoice details.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights in content you lawfully provide or create, subject to applicable laws.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit content solely to operate and improve the service.
  • APIXO branding, software, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors.

9. Third-Party Models and Disclaimers

Outputs may depend on third-party model providers. Service performance, model behavior, and output quality can change without notice. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or material breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APIXO and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
