On 2026-10-20 at 13:49 (UTC+08:00, Beijing time), Wan’s official account, @Alibaba_Wan, reported that Wan 3.0 Prime ranked No. 1 and Wan 3.0 ranked No. 3 on OpenRouter’s Video Leaderboard — New & Trending. The post included a screenshot and a link to that chart. Read the original post.
APIXO already offers Wan 3.0 Video and other variants. Wan 3.0 Prime has not been added to APIXO. This update explains Prime’s positioning and invites you to tell us whether you want it added.
The snapshot published on October 20
The official post’s image shows Prime in first place and Wan 3.0 in third. These are positions in that published snapshot, not permanent live rankings.

The October 21 recheck snapshot
When the same New & Trending video view was checked on 2026-10-21, Prime was No. 2 and Wan 3.0 remained No. 3. The saved page text stated that usage data ran through 2026-10-20. That is the data cutoff date, not the recheck date.

Wan 3.0 Prime — Rank in this view: 2; Requests shown: 3K; Change shown: +90%
Wan 3.0 — Rank in this view: 3; Requests shown: 35K; Change shown: +82%
HeyGen Video — Rank in this view: 9; Requests shown: 67K; Change shown: +16%
Both tables retain the displayed K notation and precision. They are dated snapshots, not live rankings when you read this article. K values are not exact raw request counts.
The video chart uses OpenRouter video-request data. It displays requests and a percentage change against a previous period.
New & Trending rank does not mean highest total request count. In the October 21 snapshot above, Prime is No. 2 with 3K requests shown, while HeyGen Video is No. 9 with 67K. This view is not ordered from largest to smallest request total.
The inspected video page did not explicitly disclose this view’s fixed measurement window or complete ranking formula. We therefore do not describe it as a seven-day request-volume ranking or apply the text-model chart’s token rules to it.
The chart can surface models worth evaluating. It does not establish global market share, unique user numbers or generation quality. Your own task still needs evaluation of usable outputs, waiting time, failure handling and total cost.
What is Wan 3.0 Prime?
Alibaba Cloud describes Wan3.0-Video-Prime as a faster video-generation variant. Its documentation lists text, image, video and audio inputs, text-to-video, image-to-video and reference-to-video, plus 480P, 720P and 1080P output up to 30 seconds. Alibaba Cloud model documentation.
Its emphasis on faster generation may matter when you iterate on shots, compare creative directions or want shorter waits in an application. The value depends on your actual workflow.
Official model capabilities and a platform’s exposed controls are different scopes. OpenRouter describes Prime as a fast-mode variant and lists text-to-video and first-frame image-to-video. Check the modes and parameters offered by the platform you use. OpenRouter model listing.
This article contains no APIXO test results for Prime and makes no measured claims about speed multipliers, output superiority or final cost.
Which Wan 3.0 options are available on APIXO?
APIXO offers three variants. Their public pages list text-to-video, image-to-video and reference-to-video. Reference inputs and output resolution provide a useful starting point for choosing:
Wan 3.0 Video: 480p, 720p and 1080p output; image, video and audio references, plus either a file or a link. A file and a link cannot be submitted together.
Wan 3.0 Video LoRA: 480p, 720p and 1080p output; image, video and audio references.
If your brief needs a file or link as reference context, check Video first. For a 2K or 4K deliverable, look at Pro LoRA. Then choose the generation mode suited to your assets and check its input limits and fees. Resolution options alone do not establish visual quality; a full comparison needs your actual task.
None of these three available variants is Wan 3.0 Prime. Pro LoRA is not another name for Prime, and Prime is not currently available on APIXO. The poll below asks about adding Prime.
