Veo 3.1 Extend API Limits
taskId must come from /generateTask/veo-3-1 and must not be expired
If taskId is invalid or from another model, the API returns TASKID_ERROR
Only fast and quality modes are supported
Prompt must be between 1 and 10000 characters
Extended result URLs may be temporary and should be downloaded promptly
