2. Service Description

APIXO provides unified access to multiple AI models through a single platform. Features include API calls, model playground capabilities, usage tracking, account management, and billing tools.

3. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for account credentials and API key security.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and keys.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe intellectual property rights.
• Generate or distribute harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or platform protections.
• Interfere with service integrity, availability, or other users.

5. Credits, Pricing, and Payments

• APIXO primarily operates on a prepaid, pay-as-you-use balance model. Credits are deducted based on actual model usage.
• Pricing may vary by model and feature and may be updated prospectively.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless required by law.
• Payments are currently processed via Stripe. We may add additional processors in the future.

6. Refund Policy

You may request a refund for unused balance within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Credits already consumed by API or playground usage.
• Abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or material policy violations.
• Amounts where refund is prohibited or restricted by law or payment network rules.

To request a refund, contact support@apixo.ai with your account email and relevant order details.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights in content you lawfully provide or create, subject to applicable laws.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit content solely to operate and improve the service.
• APIXO branding, software, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors.

8. Third-Party Models and Disclaimers

Outputs may depend on third-party model providers. Service performance, model behavior, and output quality can change without notice. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or material breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APIXO and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
